The HR 2000 is a maunal pneumatically operated spray gun washer with vapour extraction. Can be used for the manual cleaning of spray guns used with conventional paints. The modern design creates an unity in your mixing room. The spray gun washer can be connected directly to the vapour extraction system. All you need is a 5 bar air pressure connection. Simple and effective. Operation simple and user friendly.

Remove the cart box. Two persons can carry the machine upright to the designated work area. This area must be well ventilated and should be away from electrical switches, sources of heat and sparks. Connect the earth cable near the air intake.
Install the vapour outlet in a way that it runs perfectly vertical for at least 80 – 100 cm guide it outside. When the chimney is longer than 2 m, use a galvanized steel drain pipe (ø 15 cm) and install the bend as far away as possible from the machine. For instance: When the drain pipe is 5 meter long, use it 3 – 4 meter vertically and 1 – 2 meter horizontally instead of 1 meter vertically and 4 meter horizontally.
The HR 2000 complies with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU for Zone 1 with ATEX-code II 2 G Ex h IIB T4 Gb. Also, this spray gun washer meets the standards of EN ISO 12100:2010, EN ISO 80079-36:2016 and EN ISO 80079-37:2016.
The level of the noise produced by the HR 2000 have been measured according to the 89/392/CEE directives and its subsequent changes. The A pondered equivalent continuous sound pressure level is inferior to 80 dB(A) at a distance of 1 m from the machine surface and 1.60 height from the ground
EMM International BV herewith declares that the product is guaranteed under the following conditions:
a) The spray gun cleaner is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of purchase if the warranty form has been returned to EMM International BV immediately after purchase.
b) The guarantee includes free replacement or repair of spare parts with productions faults.
c) The equipment must be forwarded carriage free in original packing to EMM International in Zwolle and will be returned at costs of customer. If the service is required by a technician on location, the time spent traveling and servicing will be charged to the customer. Time deeded for repairs and costs of parts will not be charged.
d) The supplier will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by failing to follow the instructions specified in this manual – with regard to installation, operation and maintenance. The guarantee does not cover compensation of direct or indirect damage caused as a result of temporary failure/interruption. If the item is shown to have an inherent defect present at the time of sale, you will get a replacement.
The guarantee is valid only when the terms of payment have been met. The guarantee expires when (in addition to the situations mentioned in the contract):
• The machine has been misused;
• Damage occurs as a result of insufficient maintenance;
• The spray gun cleaner has been tampered with or repaired without EMM International’ consent or wrong spare parts have been fitted resulting in damage;
• The customer fails to follow the instructions specified in this manual;
