The large stainless steel tank includes a robust filtration system that captures waste particles. This ensures clean operation and simplifies disposal. Designed for real workshop conditions, the unit features four large wheels for easy mobility. A built‑in safety valve prevents excess water pressure, ensuring stable and secure operation. Every detail is engineered to streamline workflow and reduce maintenance. Designed for connection to central extraction to efficiently remove contaminated air and fumes.
The Spray Gun Washer HR 2400 increases productivity by reducing manual cleaning time, lowering water consumption, and minimising operational downtime. Automating key washing and coagulation steps results in consistent cleaning performance and reduces the risk of rework. This leads to cost savings, increased spray gun lifespan, and a cleaner, safer working environment. Its mobility, durable construction, and pneumatic design make it a strong long‑term investment for professional paint shops that value efficiency, reliability, and compliance with modern cleaning standards.
